Jillian hart biography

One of first things you should know about me is that no matter the situation, the circumstance or the struggle, I have hope. The role hope has played in my own life has been transformational and I believe that we can sometimes borrow hope from others during times when we do not have much for ourselves. I see hope as an attitude of pure possibility and I carry this hope with me into every session. My hope is that whether it be loss, trauma, relationship, family situation or illness, all these experiences can lead us to understand ourselves better and derive meaning out of our lives.

I view it as an honour that my clients trust me to walk alongside them through some of their toughest and most vulnerable experiences during therapy. I desire for all my clients to live well, out of a stance of freedom and choice. I desire for all my clients to experience emotional and mental freedom, living a life that is authentic. I see clients through a holistic lens, and I see value in recognizing both that there are similarities to our experiences as humans, but that it is also importan
