MISIÓN
Proyecto Siqueiros tiene como misión divulgar y contribuir a la investigación del legado de David Alfaro Siqueiros, al igual que custodiar las obras murales in situ. Propone un programa de exhibiciones de carácter internacional que cuenta con el reforzamiento de metodologías pedagógicas para ampliar el diálogo desde el ámbito educativo. Con el objetivo de incentivar y profundizar en esta materia, en La Tallera, en Cuernavaca, funda la Escuela de Crítica de Arte, una plataforma de convergencia interdisciplinaria dedicada a pensar la escritura en tanto espacio de producción e intervención en el contexto actual.
De igual manera, La Tallera fundó el primer Programa de Residencias Artísticas Internacionales del INBA, un espacio de creación e investigación colectiva y multidisciplinaria.
VISIÓN
Complejizar prácticas y estrategias artísticas contemporáneas afines a la dimensión pública del arte, su carácter social y la inmersión en lo político, así como la constante búsqueda y experimentación de nuevos formatos y lecturas tanto expositivas como pedagógicas.

La Tallera
Art space in Cuernavaca, Mexico
La Tallera used to be David Alfaro Siqueiros' workshop, and in recent years it has become one of the most important art spaces in Mexico.[1] It is located in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos. In the artist's own words: "the space was born of an idea that Diego Rivera and I had since 1920, that is, the creation of a real workshop for Mural Painting; here the different techniques, materials, paintings, perspectives and geometric aspects will be rehearsed".[2]
Maybe it was the first workshop of Muralism on the world.
