Romanch Mehta says his acting journey is inspired by moral lessons of 'Dussehra'

Talking about the same, he said: "Dussehra has a special place in my heart, brimming with cherished childhood recollections. The entire Navratriperiod, from fasting and Kanya Puja to the splendour of Dussehra, feels like a festive vacation.”
“I recall the dietary restrictions during Navratri, like steering clear of onions and garlic, and then, suddenly, it's Dussehra,” he said.
Speaking of his childhood memories, he said: "Ever since I was a child, I've always linked Navratri with the anticipation of Dussehra. It was a time for holidays and witnessing Ramlila at the Ramlila Ground in my hometown. We even indulged in playful adventures with toy bows and arrows, imagining ourselves as valiant figures akin to Lord Rama. These were the days before smartphones, and these memories are genuinely special."

“I play the character of Shekhar in the show, one of the three brothers. While I’m not very choosy, Shekhar is everything a character should be like. He is multi-dimensional to say the least. He has shades of both, good and bad. He’s someone you’d love at certain points, and someone you’d also end up hating. He will make you smile and also make you cry, and that’s his X factor,” said Romanch.
