Sharon Gamboa Cuneta-Pangilinan (born January 6, 1966) is a Filipino actress, singer and television host.

She has starred in 59 films, hosted over 10 TV shows, and recorded over 40 albums. She is the only actress to have been elevated to the “Box Office Hall of Fame” in 1990 by holding the Box Office Queen Title five times. She would, later on, hold the most Box Office Queen titles in history with nine recognitions. She has garnered "Best Actress" awards and 23 nominations as an actress from notable Filipino award-giving bodies such as the Film Academy of the Philippines, FAMAS, the People's Choice Awards, the Metro Manila Film Festival, PMPC Star Awards for Movies, KOMOPB Awards, and the Gawad Genio Awards. 1996 was a particularly notable one as a Grand Slam Year for her for winning as "Best Actress" in all major award-giving bodies in the Philippine entertainment scene PMPC Star Awards for Movies, Film Academy of the Philippines, People's Choice Awards, FAMAS Awards and Gawad Urian. Sharon Gamboa Cuneta-Pangilinan (6 de enero de 1966, Pasay), conocida artísticamente como Sharon Cuneta. Es una actriz, cantante y presentadora de televisión filipina. Es hija de Elaine Gamboa Cuneta de ascendencia española, y Pablo Cuneta de origen tagalo. Su mamá es hermana de Helen Gamboa Sotto, quien es esposa del senador Vicente Sotto III. Su pasión por la música inició en 1978, cuando cumplía 12 años de edad. A partir de 1981, con sólo 15 años de edad, empezó a trabajar como actriz en un filme dirigido por el actor y director Gabby Concepción.

Sharon Gamboa Cuneta (born January 6, 1966) is a popular Filipina actress, TV host, singer, and endorser. She is also known as The Mega Star of Philippine Showbiz.

Sharon is the first Filipina artist to sell out at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium first in 1988 and her latest June 11th, 2005 concert. She sang to SRO crowds. Her poster is enshrined in The Shrine's Hall of Fame next to stars Michael Jackson, Barbara Striesand and the Ballet Folklorico de Mexico. She created a traffic jam in the 90's and puzzled the former Mayor of Los Angeles Tom Bradley. After hearing of her success, the mayor attended the concert and awarded Sharon with an Honorary Key to the City of Los Angeles.

She also had a duet in the 1990s with famous Hong Kong star Andy Lau, with whom she sang "In Your Eyes" composed by Jim Brickman.
