She has worked as a BBC News trainee, as a senior producer for Channel Four News, as the editor of Radio 4’s The World Tonight and as a columnist for The Guardian. In 2011 she won the Orwell prize for political journalism.

A former athlete and record holder, Jenni was crowned Britain’s fittest woman having won the British Ultrafit Championship three times (1995, 1998, 2000). Coupled with her athleticism and passion for helping women to discover and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, she developed a sensory programme for the non-surgical management of pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence and sexual function. She has used it to work successfully with businesswomen, mums and athletes to also improve posture, performance and movement ability.
